We are an architecture and urban planning studio composed of Francisco M. Ruiz Pérez and Daniel J. Recio García, architects graduated from the School of Architecture of Granada. Through our work and services, we engage in everything related to the built environment: urban planning, new construction projects, renovations and rehabilitation, design, consulting, advice, and management.
In architecture and urban planning, the architect is the qualified professional responsible for developing and carrying out various construction, building, and urban planning activities. In Andalusia, their specific duties are outlined in the Law 7/2021 of December 1, promoting sustainability in the territory of Andalusia (LISTA); Law 38/1999 of November 5, on Building Planning (LOE); and in the regulatory developments of LISTA and LOE.
We believe that the study of energy efficiency, sustainability, functionality, and accessibility in architecture and urban planning contributes to a high quality of everyday life.
